ST MARNOCK’S PRY SCHOOL GREENING PROJECT TAKES OFF

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with St Marnocks Primary School to implement the School Greening Project (SGP), a permaculture initiative that aims to enhance the well-being of the students and the environment.

The SGP will provide access to clean water for drinking and irrigation, as well as creating a nutrition garden where the students can learn about organic farming and healthy eating.

The project will also improve the aesthetics and biodiversity of the school grounds, making it a more pleasant and inspiring place to learn.

We believe that permaculture is not only a way of gardening, but also a way of living in harmony with nature and each other.

We hope that the SGP will inspire the students to become more aware and responsible for their own health and the health of the planet.

We also want to thank the U.S. Embassy Zimbabwe for supporting such a noble initiative. A solar-powered irrigation system was installed at the school gardens and some garden tools were handed over to the school for the permaculture garden project.
